Unleaded Group, and particularly Andy Klein are extremely talented. Andy created a really compelling, eye catching, professioanal and interesting Web Site. I have spent more than a year working with different designers, and in less than 2 weeks, Andy created something that blows everyone else out of the water. His use of color, shapes, call outs, photography, and other very subtle details really makes the site pop more than any other designer I have worked with. He has created a site that really pulls you thru it - like reading a good book.
I really can't get over how great a job they did and in less than 2 weeks. It kills me that I had to go thru so many other designers and wasted so much time - if only I had come across Unleaded a year and a half ago.
And, while there are so many primadonnas out there, Unleaded is very unpretentious and extremely reasonable with their pricing. For a very reasonable price they have done excellent work, in a timely manner, and well within the time frame we agreed upon. Our experience with Unleaded Software was very positive. We came to them with an old, archaic, and dated website that needed a total overhaul in terms of look and feel, navigation, as well as a very much needed new backend for CMS purposes.
Unleaded's web designers are top notch and we are very happy with the redesign on our new site. Our project manager, Jill was also very helpful, courteous, and responsive to our feedback and changes we wanted made. Questions we had were answered quickly and all changes requested were done within a few days. I just finished working with this company for a second time (updating and expanding my website), and had such a positive experience that I am now taking time out of my weekend to write a review.
First of all, they reached that elusive holy grail in web design (and really any professional service for that matter): my project came in EARLY and ON BUDGET. Usually this wouldn't be such a big deal, but I have had nothing but the opposite with web design firms before I moved my business to Unleaded Group.
Second, the process was painless. Their design team, led by Andrew did a fantastic job with several different custom mock-ups and was always responsive to my requests. In fact, he pointed out several design ideas that would have never occurred to me--they use this really cool "heat mapping" algorithm to track eye movements on a site to make sure that the design is conducive to converting customers (web-speak for making people buy from your site and not another).
I worked with Jarod, the company President, throughout the process. I recommend working with him if possible, as he is always responsive and knows what it takes to get things done. He has a great attention for detail in building the site, especially making sure all of the pages on my site are optimized for search engines and google searched (what they call SEO). Moreover, he runs the firm with the principle of serving customers as family and building long-term relationships. I was hooked a few years back when I called his assistant on his cell phone over the weekend, and my site was fixed 10 minutes later. Wow!
In sum: I highly recommend working with Unleaded Group for web design and hosting.
