Xterra Wetsuits has the ability to update their stores with unique products and pricing as well as localized currency per region. The functionality is built in for Xterra Wetsuits to have the option to either utilize set prices or convert prices based on exchange rates.
Xterra Wetsuits offers an affiliate program so that customers receive coupon codes and reward points are awarded to race leaders and triathlete club presidents upon referral. To achieve this, Unleaded leveraged and extended the SweetTooth affiliate program and paired it with Magento coupon code functionality.
Unleaded Software developed a module in-house that offered custom API integration with the ERP Xterra Wetsuits uses. This module allows Xterra Wetsuits to choose from the following two modes:
Send automatically—This mode filters out any items that must be filled at the brick and mortar store (for example, rentals and clearance items) and then automatically sends all orders to be filled from the warehouse to the ERP.
Review—All orders are set to pending so that each order can be individually reviewed to determine if the item needs to be fulfilled at the store or if it needs to be sent to the ERP. This is can better account for returns and save cost in ERP fees.
For orders sent to the warehouse, the module syncs order tracking information and updates the customer by email through Magento.
